CLUB DERRIERE: Mysterious, cosy vibe and great cocktails. Consider having dinner at Osteria delle Coppelle first and then asking for access to the hidden stairs, at the end of the dining room, behind the bookcase that take you down into another world. JERRY THOMAS: www.thejerrythomasproject.it. Hands down the most famous and hardest to access, Jerry Thomas requires advance reservations, if you can get them. Although not impossible advance planning to be a chosen one is required here. The entrance is just a typical Roman door on the outside of a palazzo down a small alley street in the historical center. Knock three times and be greeted by a set of eyes peering through the mail slot. It’s tiny, smokey, moody and sceney inside. And worth it.
